All our Nursery Staff have been thoroughly vetted before commencing work and have progressed through the following employment checks:

Face to face confidential interview. Proof of identification and the right to live and work in the UK. Qualified Nursery Staff have provided a recognised nursery qualification certificate, a copy of which is retained on file. Nursery Assistants have a minimum of one year of professional childcare experience. All Careline staff have provided a minimum of two professional references. All Careline staff have an up to date CRB clearance. Careline funds all CRB checks and automatically updates CRB checks annually.

On completion of the recruitment process we produce a comprehensive staff profile for each staff member. This can be forwarded to your nursery before staff come on site. The staff profile provides details of all recruitment checks, the individual CRB reference number, qualifications, training and experience.

Childcare Staff

 If you are a childcare worker/nanny and you have day nursery experience, we can help with both temporary and permanent placements at high quality local day nurseries at excellent rates of pay.

If you would like temporary work, we can offer you full or part time local work. You will be offered regular and varied work, and will have the opportunity to experience a wide range of nurseries. Where you enjoy a particular nursery, you may become a regular there. We pay for your essential criminal records bureau check, and we can guarantee excellent rates of pay, which you will receive weekly.
