About the Role:We are seeking experienced and passionate Level 3 Qualified Nursery Staff to support multiple nurseries. As an Agency Nursery Staff member, you’ll provide vital assistance to nurseries in caring for and nurturing young children, ensuring they have a safe, fun, and enriching experience. This flexible role allows you to work across a range of different settings, offering variety in your daily work.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care and supervision for children aged 0-5 years.
  • Assist in planning and implementing fun, educational activities that support children’s development.
  • Monitor and encourage children’s social, emotional, and physical development.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for both children and staff.
  • Support with mealtimes, nappy changing, and other day-to-day routines.
  • Build strong relationships with children, staff, and parents.
  • Assist with general nursery tasks, including tidying, maintaining toys, and ensuring resources are replenished.
  • You are also required to have an Enhanced Child Workforce DBS that is either on the Update Service or be prepared to have a new DBS check processed.
