This work can involve attending the family home or escorting clients to activities in the community, and can be highly rewarding for staff with the right skills and aptitude.
Work the number of hours you want to work – work where you want to work
Careline personnel have a reputation for being the most reliable in the industry, so naturally you will be expected to maintain that reputation, and always honour the shifts you have accepted. However you are always free to choose wich shifts you will accept, and therefore remaining in complete control of your working week. We have full time work available, but temps can work part time if they wish.
Temp or perm?
When you are placed on an assignment with Careline you will be what is known as a “temp worker”. However this can be a misleading term as the work is not necessarily temporary – many Careline agency workers become valued regulars with selected employers, and this can continue for months or even years if you so choose. Other careline staff prefer to take the opportunity to experience a wide variety of work places.
